By using UniPulse, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Accounts

You need a valid student email at a supported university to sign up. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it.

2. Events & tickets

Events are created by universities, associations, and their members ("organisers"). UniPulse provides the platform but is not the organiser of these events. Ticket terms, entry, and the event itself are the responsibility of the organiser.

3. Payments & refunds

Paid tickets are processed via Stripe. If an organiser cancels an event, tickets for that event are refunded. Other refunds are at the organiser's discretion unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don't post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
Don't misuse tickets, QR codes, or another person's account.
Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Liability

UniPulse is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for the conduct of organisers or attendees, or for events that are changed or cancelled.
